A worksheet that goes along with the BBC Life series, episode Reptiles and Amphibians. This is made SPECIFICALLY to go with the David Attenborough version, which can be found on Netflix. I use this at the end of the year, after standardized testing is complete.
Students fill in the blanks as they watch the video. It keeps them accountable by actually making them pay attention. Two pages (or one front and back), easy to grade.
I don't really have a key for two reasons: one) after you sit through watching the episode 6 or 7 times, you become pretty familiar with what is supposed to go in the blanks, and two) you can take one look at the sentence and tell if the word the student put there even makes sense or not (if they were just trying to put in random words).
Hope this is useful to everyone!
