Have you ever heard of a BEE book? It is an organizational binder that early childhood students use to help them become organized and responsible!
BEE Book is an acronym that stands for "Bring Everything Everyday."
The BEE book is a three-ring-binder (or a pocket folder) that your students will use everyday to develop organizational skills and learn responsibility. This book is a way of maintaining effective communication between home and school. It aims to eliminate lost notes, newsletters, money and homework, as well as keep parents and students informed of important events and academic progress.
In this download you will get the following editable documents:
BEE Book Cover- the cover has a yellow border around it. For some reason it does not show in the preview.
BEE Book Rules and Instructions
BEE Book Parent/Student Contract
BEE Book labels for each section of the binder- Avery Template 5163 for labels size 2 x 4 should be used.
Behavior Management Chart- This is what I give my parents to go along with our classroom behavior management program. I use a clip chart and money system in my classroom. Each student colors their calendar at the end of the day according to their colors and earns pennies for their behavior. This form can be edited to match your classroom behavior management system. This stays in the BEE book so that parents always have it to refer to. The behavior codes that I have included is another resource that you can use with this behavior management system.
