These behavior goal cards are made to look similar to a business card for older students. They are designed to encourage upper elementary or middle school students to self-check on a behavior goal and then check in with a teacher to see if they agree the goal was met. The student could get one card each day and check in 5 times in a day, or get one once a week and check in with a teacher about once a day. Keeping track of the card over the day or week also teaches self-management. Cards can be “cashed in” like tickets or coupons for preferred items or activities.
This document contains a sheet of 8 editable cards in 3 different designs plus directions for use and ideas for rewards.
