The following lesson is designed to match the plot of Mary Shelley’s 1831 revision to her original text, published anonymously in 1818.
The unit provides you with all you need to wrap up your teaching of Mary Shelley’s novel. Included are two essay prompts, a final, creative project, a movie permission slip for the Robert Deniro/Kenneth Branagh version of the film, a final exam complete with student study guide, rubrics for the essays and project and a key for the final exam.
