Black Sword TRAVEL is a fast moving math board game that simulates hypothetical space combat from the near to the distant future THAT FITS INTO AN ENVELOPE! Now, you can easily bring Black Sword anywhere. It is designed for two players each with their own space fleet. More can play by assuming “command” of individual ships or purchasing supplemental fleets. Scenarios range from battles in Earth orbit, all the way to interstellar battles around alien stars. Black sword helps students from 3rd grade and above practice basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and probability, with a tactically challenging yet simple game system. Because Black Sword is inspired by Chess, players must think carefully before each turn. Unlike Chess, players must weigh the risks against the benefits of any possible action. The future is yours to command and conquer!
