•Cards 8-13 are fill in the blank cards where students type the contraction for the given words.

•Cards 14-19 are multiple choice where students read a sentence and identify the contraction that replaces the underlined words.

•Cards 20-25 are fill in the blank cards where students type the 2 words that make up the contraction in the sentences.

The Possessive Apostrophes task cards feature 4 different types of questions:

•Cards 1-3 are reference cards that explain each type of possessive apostrophes.

•Cards 4-8 are multiple choice where students pick the correct form of the underlined word.

•Cards 9-13 are multiple choice where students identify all the words needing an apostrophe.

•Cards 14-18 have students dragging and dropping the correct word to complete the sentence.

•Cards 19-23 are multiple correct answers. Students pick all the sentences that are written correctly.
