Students in their middle school years aren't always enthusiastic about admitting when they need a little extra support in the curriculum. However, I created these BUG Club passes as a way to remind students to come by at lunch, but to also not to announce it to their peers. I printed them on bright colored paper and laminated them, and each teacher in our grade level in turn chose a different background color in order to help administration easily identify where students should be. You could partner this with other rewards for attendance that are bug-themed, as well as an end of semester picnic! In Word Doc form so you can change your name, room number, tutoring times, etc.
