Open House can be crazy! Here's a grab and go parent email and phone number collection list to ensure that you get the most important information from each parent while running around greeting everyone.
How I Used This In My Classroom -
I placed three or four copies of this sheet on a clipboard at the front table in my classroom during Back to School Night.
Why This Was Helpful -
I was able to attain the most important contact information off of one individual sheet rather than dig through all my students' information sheets. I placed this information in a Google Sheet and was able to access it to quickly pull up parents' contact information on the go. (A great resource for field trips because it can be accessed from your phone!)
Beginner's Tip: Tie a pen to your clipboard to avoid any "do you have a pen" questions from parents! You'll be too busy to remedy tiny issues such as this one and cups of pens tend to go missing faster than you'd expect.
