This all about me worksheet was made specifically for deaf and hard of hearing students! I like to incorporate self-advocacy early and often with my students and this worksheet is a perfect example.
Students can color the picture and their amplification (includes hearing aids, cochlear implants, and a BAHA), cut it out, and glue it onto the person. They can answer the basic get to know you questions such as your favorite color, subject, after school activity, etc. The worksheet does not specifically ask about hearing loss, rather it is incorporated into the picture.
Includes a boy and a girl version.
This worksheet is free for a limited time! I am working on a bigger self-advocacy project but it won't be ready for back to school, so I wanted to make this available as a freebie in the meantime!
