This purchase includes three activity sheets (worksheets). Two of the activity sheets give students individual questions about the history of education in the United States. Students will match their correct answer to answer the questions about the history of education. The other sheet is a "riddle" or puzzle answering "Horace Mann" as the Father of Education in America. Students will get one letter to fill in to answer the riddle.
These activities are cross-curricular, using math and social studies. The problems only have numbers in ones and tens place and in tenths place. There are a few carrying and a few borrowing problems. These are created by me and if you find any errors, please contact me and I will correct my copy and you will receive a link to get a corrected download. My version of "Back to School-Adding and Subtracting Decimals" is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution International License. You may make copies for yourself this year and in years to come, but you may not make copies for others unless you buy a multiple users license.
Thank you for your purchase. I hope that your students enjoy this activity.
