This back to school bundle has everything you need for a smooth, organized start to the year.

This "all about me" writing and art activity is the perfect, creative, and engaging back to school project. This "about me" activity is simple enough for students to complete independently and entertaining enough to hold their attention. Students are free to complete this with as few or as many words as they like, allowing for maximum differentiation.

Classmate BINGO

Get your students up and talking to each other as they search for friends who can help them complete Classmate BINGO. This will have them learning about each others' talents, families, and interests.

Who's in Our Class?

This game can be played in small groups or in a whole group setting. Students roll a die to see which question they will answer about themselves. This takes the stress out of deciding which "one thing about themselves" to tell the class.

Make (and keep) a great impression on your students' parents this year with these editable teacher contact magnets. Parents absolutely love them! These are great to hand out on the first day or at Open House. Giving out contact magnets ensures that parents always have your contact information, highlights your organization, and expresses your commitment in working together. This easy to edit product has four templates to choose from. Just choose the style(s) that you like most, edit, and print on magnetic paper. The font used in the cover and preview is "HelloAntsOnFire" from HelloFonts. Click here to download and install it for free.

Transportation List

This form is best completed when the parents first bring their child to class or drop off supplies. The first day of school is extremely busy, so it's important to start your after school transportation list early. This transportation form also includes a space for how the student will go home the rest of the first week and the rest of the year.

Parent Volunteer Form

This sign-up form communicates your desire to work together throughout the year. Parents can complete this form to let you know if, how, and when they want to volunteer. Listed on the form are ways for parents to help in and out of the classroom.

Student Information Form

Parents are the best source of information about your students. Building strong parent-teacher relationships will help you meet the needs of all your students. Use this form to gather critical information about your students' strengths, weaknesses, medical concerns, and histories.

Missing Supply Letter

As you and your students organize your materials in the beginning of the year, you will notice that some of them are missing just a few supplies. This letter is an easy checklist form to communicate with parents about which supplies are still needed. Sending home a form like this is easier, and often better received by parents because it lets them know that they are not the only ones who forgot about a supply or two. We all know how hectic back to school shopping can be, so it's important to make parents feel comfortable about a few accidental omissions. ☺

Parent Teacher Conferences are essential in creating and maintaining strong parent teacher relationships. These forms help you prepare and stay organized all year long.

Parent – Teacher Conference Notes: Partially complete the form for the parents and make a copy for yourself. You will probably want to leave some space for the parents to make notes during the conference.

Conference Request Sheet: This is especially helpful in scheduling parent conferences with those who are difficult to reach during the day.

Parent Contact Checklist: Use this checklist throughout the year to ensure that all parents are contacted regularly.
