### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Need something for those first days of school? This is exactly what you're looking for! These centers can be completed independently while you're putting away all those supplies you just got! There are 4 math and 4 ELA centers, PLUS a name activity! Each activity has a cover sheet with easily read directions on how to complete each center. Every center has a recording sheet to check their work! Below are specifics of the centers:

Math-
(Slides 2-14) Stack the Scoops- The numbers 1-12 are on a cone and I have provided enough ice cream scoops for the students to stack the correct number on top of the cone.

(Slides 15-22) Chalk It Up or Down- There are small chalkboards with addition or subtraction problems written on them. The children have to complete the problem using pieces of chalk to help and find the correct eraser that has the answer written on it.

(Slides 23-31) Pieces to the Puzzle- There are 12 four-piece puzzles for the children to put together. One each puzzle there is number form, word form, base ten form, and ten-frame form to put together. The recording sheet is cut/paste.

(Slides 32-36) Order the Numbers- Back to School themed cards that have numbers on them that students have to put in the correct order.

ELA-
(Slides 37-43) Colorful Spelling- There is a paint bucket and letters to spell the color. Cut the pieces apart and laminate for a matching and interactive center.

(Slides 44-47) Student Line Up- There are four cards with children's names on them that the children have to line them up in ABC order. The names are easy to read!

(Slides 50-54) Guess That Vowel- 12 picture cards that have a missing vowel for the students to complete with a dry erase marker!

(Slides 55-67) Mystery Name- This can be a class book that can be done together or you can make a book for each child to complete! Students draw a picture of themselves and use ABC pictures to spell their name (Sun, Apple, Mitten spells Sam). You can tape a flap over their name and have other students guess or you can make a copy of every students and let figure out each person's name by using the ABC pictures! Download the Preview to see pictures!
