As busy teachers, we all need a class management strategy to take some of the burden off our shoulders. Well, here it is!
To give students more responsibility in my classroom, and to alleviate some of the heavy paper load that inevitably piles up, I use student row leaders to motivate their peers, to stamp small assignments and keep track of student points, and to collect handouts and maintain notes for their row mates who might be absent.
This product provides an explanation of how row leaders are used in my class, an application for students to apply for row leader, row reporting sheets, and a sample that explains exactly how to use this plan.
Students look forward to being row leaders in my class and have proven year after year that they are responsible and ethical.
I highly recommend this system!
