COOPERATIVE GAMES are enjoyed by all children but are especially beneficial for children in emotional support and on the autistic spectrum who have a difficult time with winning and losing. Children work together as a "team"! Use this game to reinforce any curriculum based targets.
THE STORY: Ethan and Keira only have one week until school starts and they still need to get all of their school supplies. Help the children gather their school supplies before the bell rings on the first day of school.
HOW TO PLAY: This is a cooperative game for one or more players. Cut out and place the 15 small cards face down on the table. The children will move along the path as they find their school supplies. The large picture of the school is a puzzle and should be cut into four equal pieces. If a small picture of the school is chosen, place one piece of the puzzle on top of the large picture of the children waiting for the bus. If a back pack is chosen, a piece of the school puzzle can be removed. The 3 back pack cards can be saved and used any time throughout the game.
