How can you talk about the first day of school and have fun??? Let Me Introduce Myself... is an activity set that includes 14 pages with 8 unique and fun phrasal template paragraphs (because each student will choose different words, they can use the SAME paragraph and get hilariously different results!). This is a high-interest activity
that can be done in pairs or in groups and shared out loud with the class if desired. This is a great, low-stress activity to give students an opportunity to refresh their parts-of-speech
knowledge, begin to form peer relationships over a fun activity, and even encourage teacher participation.
Great for students that struggle with learning or practicing the parts of speech, Let Me Introduce Myself... will have them talking about nouns, adjectives, verbs, and more! These can be used for all students that are in a General Education OR a Special Education setting. Sample word lists are provided for each part of speech to assist with differentiation.
Designed to be used with primary and elementary students (grades 2-5), this activity is appropriate to be used with individual students, small groups or whole classrooms. It is important that the activities be facilitated by a teacher so that accurate parts of speech and appropriate words are used by the student(s).
