Description
This back-to-school math assessment covers skills from kindergarten to the end of grade five so you can gauge what your students already know and where they need intervention. There are a few questions per concept so you can get a feel for where they are at before you begin your math instruction for the year. I like to give this out in September and revisit it throughout the year so students can see how much they've learned!
