### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is my first center packet and I am very excited about it!

This product is packed with 11 Math Assessments and 16 Math Centers!!!!!! The assessments will help you keep track of your students number knowledge and math facts. The centers will keep your students engaged while they have fun learning and practicing important math skills! Each activity has a recording and/or extension sheet!

Many of these assessments and centers meet many Common Core Standards. Download the preview for a look at the centers, assessments, and standards!

Assessments:
1. Number recognition {100 and 120 chart}
2. Number recognition by quarter
Q1: 40, Q2: 80, Q3:100, Q4:120
3. Number writing {100 and 120 chart}
4. Rote counting {100 and 120 chart}
6. Subtraction {2 different levels}

Geometry
1. Shape creations - Students make a creation using different math materials, draw or trace it on their paper, and write a sentence about it.
2. Pattern Block Grab, Sort Graph - Students grab some pattern blocks. They use the mats to sort their pattern blocks. Then they graph how many they had.

1. Chalk It Up - Students match addition facts to the sums.
2. Pack the Facts - Students sort the facts according to the sums.

Subtraction
1. Chalk It Up - Students match subtraction facts to the difference.
2. Pencil Me In! - Students sort subtraction facts according to the difference.

Mixed Facts
1. Colorful Math Facts - Students match addition and subtraction facts to the correct sum/difference.

Number Words
1. Students match the number to the number word.

Counting
1. Sticky Numbers - Students pick 4 numbers and put them in order from least to greatest or greatest to least.
2. Less and More - Students pick a number card and write 1 less and 1 more. There are two extension activities {2 less/more and 10 less/more}.
3. What's Missing? - Students look at the number sequence on the bus and match the kid with the missing number.

Place Value
1. Match It! - Students match numbers to tens frames, base ten blocks, and tally marks. Four different recording sheets available.
a. Students draw tally marks, base ten blocks, and ten frames
b. Students draw tally marks.
c. Students draw base ten blocks.
d. Students draw ten frames.

Patterns
1. School Supply Patterns - Students use the pattern cards to help them create and extend patterns using school supplies.

Time
1. Time for School! {to the hour}- Students match digital and analog times.

Money
1. School Supply Sale! - Students match coins to their value {up to 30 cents}.

Measurement
1. School Supply Measurement - Students use non-standard units {connecting cubes, paper clips, tiles} to measure school supplies. There are 5 different recording sheets {one for each non-standard unit, one on which students order supplies shortest to longest, and one on which students order supplies longest to shortest.

These centers could last you a few weeks! You can use these centers at the beginning of the year or throughout the year for extra practice and reinforcement!
