This memory book was created to be used with the Target paper books that you can find in the Dollar Spot ($3 for 8 books). With that said, it can be used independently without those books.

In addition to being a cute memory book, this product was created to be an informal assessment tool. The letters in the left hand corner of each page “I,” “PP,” and “FP” stand for “Independent,” “Partial Physical,” and “Full Physical.” The teacher or paraprofessional can indicate the amount of prompting that was needed to complete each task. This helps you get to know your students at the beginning of the school year. Additionally, it serves an example of data collection for the staff in your classroom and parents.
