Printable 1 Use this printable to easily collect parent contact info., preferred method of contact, information parents would like to share, and information about students. (This can be sent home for those who cannot attend Back to School Night)
Printable 2 Use this printable as an ice breaker and to develop communication between parent and student. Parents are asked to add messages on the "Message Board", which can be shared with students the next day in class. Included are spaces for a special note, a joke or riddle, doodles, and "I am proud of you because..."
Printable 3 This printable can be completed by each student and left for parents on Back to School Night. Content is the same as above, but students are encouraged to leave messages for parents.
