These 6 pages consist of a roster/checklist for parents that come to Open House/Back to School night for them to sign and give contact information, etc. 2 pages of rosters can be used as checklists. We place students' names on the rosters and make multiple copies. They can be used for many things such as grades before putting in the gradebook or on the computer, checking for late work, tracking behavior, field trips, collecting money for various things, etc. It makes it easier to keep track of and organize the MULTITUDE of papers, notes, etc. that is our responsibility throughout the year. I put several pages on a clipboard so I have them for easy access in the classroom, whenever we go to computer lab, program practice, etc., and it is much easier to take home. 2 pages are for the students to fill out. One is What Did You Do This Summer? for students to walk around the room (or however you choose to manage) and put their name or initials in the boxes that describe them. The other one is All About Me where they answer questions about themselves. The last page is Parent Partners for parents to give information about their child and contact information such as how their child gets to and leaves school, any allergies, phone numbers, email, etc. Hope this is helpful!
