Back to School Reading Surveys

Back to School Reading Surveys is packet of surveys that you can give your students to find out more about their reading activities and interests.

The surveys are a tool to use in your quest for ways to encourage your students’ love of reading.

I send the surveys home as a homework activity during the first few weeks of school. You can also use the surveys with your students whole class or in small groups.

Another idea is to use them with those students who are struggling with choosing just right books.

Each survey is two pages long. Use the ones that are appropriate
for your class of students.
