Open-ended Math Projects Bundle 2
Open-ended Math projects challenge students to come up with different solutions to problems - there is no one right answer.
In this project students must purchase their own school supplies with a budgeted amount of money. They must purchase certain items and are allowed to share the purchase of two items with a partner. Students must explain why they chose to purchase the specific supplies.
Concepts covered include: addition, subtraction and multiplication of money.Critical thinking is required!
My class loves open-ended projects and are always asking for more. I hope you enjoy them too. There are several other types of open-ended project available in the store. If you are unfamiliar with this type of learning you may want to look at the freebie project Terrific Tortoise to see what an open-ended project looks like.
