Thank you for selecting my back to school sorting cards. Your kiddos will love these adorable images from mycutegraphics.com for all your grouping, matching and sorting activities. Here are some ideas to get you started:
You can print out as many copies of the cards on cardstock as needed to make random groups of students. Just count out the right number of each picture and either pass them out to the students or let them each select one. Then they find the other student who have the same picture and that is group.
If you want your class sitting in random spots, you can place one card at each spot and then pass out another one of each card to your students. They match the pictures to find their seat. If you need more graphics, you could print some on colored paper and some on white.
You can print these out on paper and pass them out as incentives for positive behavior, homework completion or meeting a particular goal. Students can trade them in at the end of the month for a reward!
You can place all the cards face down in a grid and play Memory. Students take turns flipping over 2 cards until they find a matching pair. Whoever collects the most pairs wins!
