Back to School Student Survey - Get To Know You Activity - Digital / Print

Want an engaging and fun get to know you activity for the first few days of school? Here's a free student survey to give students during the Back To School Week as a way to get a better idea of who your students are and to quickly assess their writing skills. This isn't a list of questions that students expect, but rather a fun list of questions to get to know students' personalities! My students love to answer these questions and share them with each other. For example, I ask students to name the song they couldn't get out of their heads this summer. (One summer I couldn't get "Love Somebody" by Maroon 5 out of my head!)
