Sudoku puzzles are easy for young students to learn yet can provide them with a stimulating challenge. They allow students to be able to use their logical reasoning skills without requiring in depth reading or math skills. I’ve created these sudoku puzzles as an introduction to Sudoku. Each puzzle has been created with 3 different levels of difficulty to allow you to differentiate for your students’ needs.
Each puzzle is made up of a 4X4 grid that is partially filled in with pictures. The object is to fill all empty squares so that each picture appears exactly once in each row, column and box.
I have created these puzzles so that the pieces that are needed to fill in the grids may be cut out and moved around to solve the puzzle.
