Use this simple game to give your students the opportunity to practice their expressive language/vocabulary skills--it's perfect for addressing semantic features (category, function, appearance, location, associated items, etc.) using school-related topics/terms
during the beginning of the school year.
Included: 24 word pair cards and 6 reinforcer cards
Directions: Lay cards face down in the center of the table.
During his/her turn, each student takes a card and
describes how the 2 entities are “similar” and “different.”
Reinforcer cards (take another turn, give a card to a friend) are included.
Player with the most cards at the end of the game is the winner.
