Help make the transition to the end of the day more worry- and stress-free! There is nothing more stressful than not having a plan for how your students will travel home at the end of the day.
Use the backpack tags to help you organize your class for a safe dismissal.
Print the cards on cardstock for durability, cut them apart, laminate them, and use a Sharpie to write the bus number or daycare van name on the tag.
Use a single hole punch to place a hole in one of the top corners of the tag. Use a Pipe Cleaner or safety pin to secure the pin to each student's backpack.
•Write the student's initials on the backside of the dismissal tag as you prep them for the first day of school.
•Attach the tags during the early part of the morning on the first day of school, or during your Planning time.
•A parent or Paraprofessional can also assist with attaching the tags to backpacks.
•Use the tags for the entire school year.
•Perfect to have when you have a Sub or when another teacher has to cover your class at the end of the day.
