Bad Day Card: Behavior Management

Bad Day Card: Behavior Management
Product Description
Wouldn't we all love a set of these? Each student is given a set number of "Bad Day Cards." These cards can be given to the teacher on a "Bad Day." This indicates to the teacher that the student needs to be left alone and will not be asked to do anything in particular that day. You can set up your own perimeters around the use of the cards such as they may not be used on Field Trip Days or on Test Days. Students are highly motivated by the use of these cards because they know when they arrive in your class they will receive compassion and a much needed break from their "Bad Days." It also serves as a way to indicate to stakeholding adults that a specific student may need some extra support and guidance.

These cards could be integral part of an IEP and/or Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).

I suggest signing the back of each card to indicate authenticity. In addition, I recommend printing on cardstock and laminating.
