Spring Barrier Activity & Craftivity for Speech and Language Development. This spring themed barrier activity, craftivity, and reinforcement activity are perfect for your speech room.
Included in this material:
Barrier Activity: 3 barrier scenes & 30 spring images (10 for each scene)
Suggested use: Print 2 of each scene. Place in sheet protectors. Print 2 pages of each of the character/image sets. Cut each image. Laminate, if desired. Place 2 students across from each other with a divider. Have students take turns giving and receiving directions. Barrier scenes can also be used for creating sentences and narratives. One black & white scene and 10 items also included for copying and use as a barrier activity or activity of your choice.
Flower Power Craftivity:
Setting up your Flower Power craftivity: Copy pg. 11 onto white (or any light colored) cardstock, if desired. Write target words or “I can” statement within the Flower Power frame or eave it blank and add a cupcake liner (not included). Cut out and use the Flower Power frame & circle as the center of the flower. Cut the petal template and use for tracing on colored construction paper (not included). Trace and cut as many petals as you like to add to your flower. Glue each petal to the back of the circle, working your way around the circle to create your flower. If desired, add target words or glue pictured items (not included) to the petals. Roll each petal around a pencil to create curled petals.
It’s Raining Worms Snip & Stick Reinforcement:
Suggested use: Use as reinforcement after practicing any target skill. Students will cut each worm and glue onto the umbrella after practicing a target skill.
