This collection contains several cut and paste worksheets for creating teen numbers with Base Ten Blocks. In addition, there are cut and paste worksheets focusing on decomposing the teen numbers. As a bonus, there is a template for creating a Base Ten Flip book. A great way to introduce the base ten blocks! The book takes a closer look at the Cube (1) , Long (10), Flat (100), and Block (1000). On the outside flap students will glue a picture of block along with it's place value. On the inside of each flap, there is a template for the students to write the name the base ten block, the place value, and the number of units. (There are two versions of the template - one with writing line and one with the traceable words to allow for differentiation.)
