Maximize learning in your classroom by filling your calendar with fun and colorful math shapes.
With these calendar date cards, students will be be allowed to predict the base ten symbol of the day and predict the math pattern involved. I recommend you print and laminate sheets on card stock first. Once the sheets have been laminated, cut the date cards and store in a zip lock bag. You, the teacher, decide the best month to introduce the cards to students.
These calendar cards show base ten symbols in the abstract way that our students would draw them to show a number in picture form. I have calendar cards with realistic base ten blocks for free in my TPT store.
