Resource pack 1. Concepts: Big and Little Bugs Task Cards
This includes 48 task cards targeting comprehension of 'big' and 'little' using a bugs theme. Children with language difficulties often struggle to understand these early and basic concepts. These differentiated task cards vary in the level of difficulty, ranging from one bug per task card up to 5 bugs per task card.
The pack also includes big and little sorting mats (leaves), and a sentence structure for helping children use the words 'big' and 'little' within a short sentence, eg. The ladybug is little, The snail is big.
These task cards are useful for speech therapy sessions to complement your activities targeting the concepts big and little. They can also be provided to parents for some fun additional home practice.
