Children in preschool are highly exposed to the alphabets and numbers in their classroom environment. Many children in Early Children Learning Center were able to correctly identify the uppercase letters without having to be taught in a rigid setting.
These worksheets are ideals for children that are ready to improve their fine motor skills (recommended age: 3.5). I do not recommend these for the 2 years old. The letters are too small for the young twos and tracing is very boring for the busy twos.
For children that are ready, ask them to use two or more different colors of crayon or markers to trace these letters. In our preschool, we trace these with crayons, markers, and even q-tips. You can laminate these worksheets for the 4 year olds to trace with dry-erase markers to reduce cost.
Happy Teaching. Hopefully, these worksheets would be useful in your classroom.
