I needed a quick way to assess my students on their basic skills! I wanted to see where they were when they entered my classroom and when they left my classroom! I created a simple binder to keep track of each student and their levels when it comes to basic math and phonics skills!

I print off each sheet and place inside of a sheet protector, that way students can easily fill out the assessments using an Expo marker! I test students individually and if I'd like to document the information, I take a picture of the assessment or use the anecdotal notes page included in this packet! I print the assessments on colored paper and the recording sheets on white paper. ***This is an ink friendly Resource*** There are also a few low-prep assessments (matching) that are in this product as well!
