Play this powerpoint on a large display to use as a warm up during your basketball unit for intermediate elementary/middle school aged students. All the kids will nee to do is follow along with what pops on the screen. The format of the powerpoint is that the students will be dribbling and jogging around the gym for 1 minute and 15 seconds before the slide transitions to an animated exercise GIF that the students can perform with their basketball (bball push ups, bball dribble squats, bball toe touch stretch, bball static lunges, bball mason twists, bball v-sits). The students will perform the basketball exercise for 45 seconds before the slide transitions back to dribbling and jogging. This pattern repeats itself for 6 rounds so the students have a chance to perform all of the aforementioned exercises with their basketball. Have fun!
