Bat tree map – can, have, are
Bats acrostic poem and illustration
Bat shape book – covers, lined, and blank pages
Batty Words – Students will read each word and decide if it is real or “batty.” They will record their answers on the response sheet.
Bat’s Numbers – Students will match numbers, word names, and tallies for numbers 1 to 12. They will record their answers on the response sheet.

Owls acrostic poem and illustration
Owl shape book – covers, lined, and blank pages
Owl Order – Students will put sets of numbers in order from least to greatest. They will record their answers on their response sheet.
“Owl-standing” Sentences – Students will fix spelling, capital, and punctuation errors in 6 sentences. They will rewrite the sentences correctly on their response sheet.
