Use these passes with a pocket chart labeled with student names so you know when students are in the bathroom!
I used these passes during center time so that students do not have to interrupt small group time to ask to go to the bathroom. Students pull a pass and put it behind their name in the pocket chart so I can easily look and see if a student has gone to the restroom. When they return, they remove the pass from their name and place it in a central location. These passes have helped decrease interruptions and students do really well with the responsibility. I usually only allow 2 in the bathroom at a time, but you can make copies to accommodate your needs.
