Product Description
In this lesson, students will explore the background content of the Battle of Gettysburg. Then students will analyze primary sources to answer the big questions "How does point of view affect the way the Battle of Gettysburg is viewed or thought of?" and "How does that person's role affect their perspective of Gettysburg?"

Students will read primary sources of Lincoln's Letter to General Meade, General Lee's letter to his wife, and the Gettysburg Address. At the end of the lesson, students will perform on exit ticket centered on the skill of point of view
