This is a great game that I like to use before a long break so the students are still doing something Spanish related, and they are actively involved.
For this game, put students in groups of your choice, and I like to let them get one mini white board per group (if you do not have whiteboards, one piece of paper per group is fine), and one or two dictionaries (or phones if you allow).
The four categories involved are musical groups, songs, movies, and tv shows.
This is played similar to jeopardy, groups will choose a category and a point value, the slides are set up to a hyper link that will take you to that point value and back to the table. If the team translates it correctly they get the points, if the get it wrong, it moves to the next group until it is correct
***NOTE movie and TV titles do not translate exactly when they are translated from English to Spanish, due to this I changed a few of the translations so the students would be able to look up the words and come close to the correct title.
Can be used for any level Spanish class
