Making problem solving fun! I've created this bat problem solving template to pair with the book Stellaluna to use the first week of October. Have students represent the problem using fun googly eyes from the craft section at Walmart or Targets $1 spot. There is a blank template that allows you to write in the number you'd like your students to represent.
For the bat, I found cardstock bats in Targets $1 spot for my students to glue to the activity sheet. If you cannot find these bats, I've added a bat template that can be printed on colorful paper to make learning more fun for the kiddos.
