This Health EDventure lesson provides students with an introduction to the healthy habits of eating healthy meals, getting the recommended amount of sleep, germ prevention, and annual visits to the doctor.

Students will use a tracking tool that emphasizes personal care and healthy habits. A School to Home Connection card is included to inform parents of the tracking activity.
