Use this Be Green Magazine in your classroom as a supplement to teaching about Earth Day or the 3 R’s. My students LOVE to read their weekly magazines like Time for Kids and Scholastic News. I like to print the color version of this magazine, laminate it, and then put it in my classroom library for students to pick for their book boxes. It is jam packed with real information and pictures about protecting the Earth!
There is also a black and white version included so that you can make a copy for each student in your classroom. My students always appreciate having their own copy of their magazines to examine and then take home at the end of the day to read to someone at home.
Here's all that's included:
*Be Green Magazine (color version)
*Be Green Magazine (B&W version)
*Text companion (text dependent question sheets for students to fill out after reading)
