How to play:
Place all of the cards in the center of the table. Give each player a sorting mat for their cards. Players will draw a card, and they must determine if the behavior is unexpected or expected for the group situation. When players answer correctly, they keep the card. If the behavior is appropriate or expected, they will add their card to the left side of their sorting mat. If the behavior is not appropriate or unexpected, they will add their card to the right side of their mat. The players can discuss why the behavior is expected or unexpected. If the player draws a special card, they must follow the directions on the card. The player with the most cards is the winner. Blank cards are included to create additional situations. Also, students could create their own situations.
