This workbook guides students through the Minnesota Historical Society's primary sources on immigration in MN. Students will look at geographic information on immigrant groups, listen to interviews of people who have moved here from other countries, complete a share out face to face with their peers and finally complete a self and peer evaluation. I generally assign a particular region/country to each student as listed on the site as a way to spread out the knowledge across multiple groups - to accommodate the share out for step three in the workbook.
