I use this as part of my Healthy Me unit. How do we keep our bodies healthy? Sleep is a big part of it and I find that many of my students are going to bed much later than they should and are not getting the sleep they need. I teach the how to use the chart during class time. Then hopefully when they bring it home it helps to keep bedtime to a routine and get into bed by the correct time for their age.
