54 colorful squares (15x15 cm) display photos of engineering projects and illustrations of the design process. Students will learn about engineers and will be able to choose to design a castle, a playground and/or a spaceship. The students will travel on the Beebot and discuss their favorite engineering projects. The students can also learn the engineering song and engineering gestures for the 8 steps of the engineering design process.
If you don't have a Bee-Bot, students can still use the cards to discuss the engineering projects and the engineering design process.
Check out http://alpha-robotics.com/ to view my students using the Bee-Bot. The Bee-Bot is a great STEM activity that encourages problem solving.
