Whether you use this as an activity at a workstation or give these out as a reward, these composer puzzles will help reinforce what you want your students to learn about Ludwig van Beethoven. The puzzles contain the following: name of the composer, image (clip art) of the composer, birth and death dates, time period, and names of some of the musical selections he wrote.
Included in this resource are 6 piece, 9 piece, 12 piece and 16 piece puzzles in color and black and white. You could have your students color the black and white puzzles as they listen to a featured song by Beethoven and/or print up the colored versions (then laminate and cut out) and use them as part of a workstation.
Songs listed on the puzzles:
♫ Symphony No. 5
♫ Symphony No. 9 (Ode to Joy)
♫ Für Elise
♫ Moonlight Sonata
Beethoven is a great composer to learn about during any time of the year - his birthday is in December! ❤
