This project is a bundle that will help teachers implement Beetle Blocks programming inside of their math classroom. This lesson aligns with a unit on understanding properties and structures of curved 3D solids by constructing a 2D model to rotate around an axis. This lesson should deepen the understanding students have on how curved shapes are constructed and give them a unique opportunity to construct their own solid of revolution. In this lesson students will breathe life into the structure of a cylinder and act as a model to attach later properties and formulas to.
