Description
This beginner line drawing art lesson will fit in beautifully to your middle or high school art curriculum. This simple ready-to-go drawing project contains everything needed to get started right away.
Using the x grid method of drawing and the included reference images, practice worksheet, video demonstrations, and rubrics, students learn how to scale an image and draw using simple guide marks. This is a perfect first drawing project as it builds the foundation for other drawing skills and students learn the fundamentals of drawing and build confidence in their observational drawing skills.
The completed artwork is done on approximately 8x8 drawing paper with pencil and fine point black sharpie or liner markers. The final projects look great as a display and students are always proud of their work.
