Description
This new Windows application is a combination of high school physics test generator and tutorial. Of the nine types of physics test generators we created, this is the best one to help improve the problem-solving skills of the students. It can do an excellent job to aid students become more efficient problem solvers in Beginning Kinematics, the first and one of the most important chapters in the physics program. The students can practice 210 original and carefully designed problems in 9 topics. The following is the list of topics covered, and the number of problems in each area:
Vectors [ 22 problems ]
Uniform Motion in a Straight Line [ 10 ]
Units [ 8 ]
Uniformly Accelerated Motion [ 38 ]
Acceleration Due to Gravity [ 52 ]
Galileo's Law of Falling Bodies [ 30 ]
Average Velocity [ 14 ]
Kinematics Graphics [ 12 ]
Projectile Motion [ 24 ]
Students can take an unlimited number of Practice Exams in one or more topics, and the maximum number of questions to answer in a test is 100. A great feature is that every problem is carefully explained step by step. Right after the student answers a question, the solution is presented. It takes just a few minutes to learn to use this Tutorial and Test Generator. Simply place the Zip file in any folder or subfolder you want. Right click the mouse and select Extract all the files. The subfolder Beginning Kinematics Practice is created. From inside the subfolder, just select the file Start Test Generator, and the students are ready to begin practicing. It is that simple. If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them as soon as possible. Again, this program is for computers using Windows 10 or newer.
